Please note, questions sent via email tend to get answered much faster than phone calls!
Our reader team does read scripts after hours, provided we supply them with the scripts before the office closes. However, we in the office are responsible for getting their coverages to you, not the reader.
So even if they finish their coverage after hours, and get it into our office, we can’t get it to you until we’re back in the office.
Additionally, if you’ve placed your order after hours, your script will be assigned to a reader as soon as we’re back in the office.
We keep strict business hours in this fast-paced, 24/7 age of the Internet, because we bring ENOUGH of our work home with us, and keeping set hours keeps us healthy, and more importantly, sane.
