Screenplay a mess? No problem. We’ll make it look pro.

We’ll proofread your script, format it properly, and fix all errors of punctuation, formatting, spelling, and usage. Your script must be in an editable form, such as Final Draft file, Word file, Screenwriter, or other editable file. Unfortunately, we can not type your script from scratch for you, and we cannot format/proofread PDF files.

What this service includes:
Fixes to punctuation, spelling, and usage

Fixes to format (including margins, fonts, font styles, font sizes, and line spacing)

Cleaning up the title page (not creating one)

Delivering the formatted and proofread script file to you as a Fadein file, Final Draft file, RTF file, and PDF.

What this service does NOT include:
Rewriting the script in any way,  whether it’s for clarity, brevity, or any other reason.

Rewriting for English or American colloquialism, or any other colloquialism/dialect or accent, nor pointing out where such text should be changed.

Moving action / description text from parenthetical blocks and putting them into proper action/description blocks.

Changing any word, line, or paragraph in any capacity beyond spelling, usage, or punctuation.

Changing the case of any words, such as character introductions or emphasized props, actions, or descriptions. That is, we correct capitalizations of proper nouns if any are mis-capitalized, but do not change the case of any other words.

Formatting the script for production. (e.g. adding scene numbers and/or breaking the script down, etc.)

If you’re not sure if this service is what you need, feel free to drop us a line with a copy of the script and your question before you order.

Our guarantee for this service: If you find any glitches we may have missed, we will correct them free of charge.
